HEALTYH & MEDICAL DISCLOSURES

Health conditions : Clients must fully disclose any medical conditions, prior injuries, surgeries, allergies, or pregnancy prior before treatment, Also Therapists must refrain from diagnosing medical conditions or prescribing treatments unless licensed to do so

Massages should be avoided or cleared by a doctor if the client has high fever, contagious illnesses, severe inflammation, deep vein thrombosis or recent major surgery

Right of refusal : Therapists reserve the right to refuse or stop treatment if a medical condition makes it unsafe

Pregnancy is one of those times when you really need to take the weight off your feet and be pampered. Being stressed isn’t good for the baby, so what better excuse than being pregnant for some nurturing me-time!
We recommend that during pregnancy you focus on pregnancy massage and treatments, such as face and head massage or relaxing hand and foot massage.
Pregnancy Massage must be avoided during your First Trimester,
Which is 12 weeks of pregnancy, You then can safely receive a pregnancy massage from 13 weeks. More from NCT

BOOKING & CANCELLATIONS

On the demand of weekend needed, we must require a non-refundable booking fees of £30 to secure peak-time appointments.

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we respectfully require at least 24 hours notice to avoid incurring a late fee or losing the deposit

Arriving late may shorten your treatment time, while the full session fee still applies

No-Shows : Failing to show up without notice typically results in a 100% charge of the service cost or complete booking fees loss

We will honor our appointments first, while walk-ins based on daily availability
